Rear Fender Bolts Needed

Are original style rear fender bolts (Large Phillips Head end on bolt to which a nut secures the fender on) available anywhere. I am restoring a 1951 B3 with 27K original miles in great condition, but there a many frustrations I encounter on the route to completion.
