When you do the clutch pedal freeplay adjustment will both of these bolts touch the tab? should the pedal travel 1" before making contact? Quote
DollyDodge Posted June 5, 2010 Report Posted June 5, 2010 I will look in my shop manual tonight at home and see how much travel is suppose to be on the clutch pedal. I can't remember off the top of my head Quote
bach4660 Posted June 5, 2010 Author Report Posted June 5, 2010 I backed off one of the bolts so that the pedal moves before making contact with the bolt. I think this makes sense as there is a locking nut on the bolts. Off for a test drive to find out. Quote
DollyDodge Posted June 7, 2010 Report Posted June 7, 2010 The shop manual says to adjust the bolts until there is between 1 and 1 1/8 inch pedal free play. Quote
