LuckyDevil Posted February 7, 2010 Report Posted February 7, 2010 I found this picture on another website. The caption reads "My P15 is in the background, the Plym in the front is from some boys from sweden and they are on a ride to go to spain." The guy is terrorizing the streets of Germany in his P-15. It's kinda cool to know other people in completely different cultures still like the Plymouths. My questions is..... did the guys from Sweden lower their car or is that just a whole butt load of luggage? Quote
Uncle-Pekka Posted February 7, 2010 Report Posted February 7, 2010 LuckyD., Please share us the address of the website you found this. It appears to be shot on an airfield - in Germany? I love the swedish travelling style... even if a finn I am. Notice the exhaust pipe out from the rear wheel well in the swedish P15. Quote
Joe Flanagan Posted February 7, 2010 Report Posted February 7, 2010 I wonder if those are old surplus military vehicles. Interesting paint jobs. It's probably those two cases of aquavit that are weighing down the car. Quote
Robin (UK) Posted February 7, 2010 Report Posted February 7, 2010 My guess is that it's the Hot Heads East meet in Germany. Haven't been, but heard good things about it. Check some pictures at http://www.oldhotrodparts.de/hotheadseast/photos.html Quote
Uncle-Pekka Posted February 7, 2010 Report Posted February 7, 2010 (edited) Thanks Robin, It looks like the very same place. It is located south from Berlin, close to border of Poland. Ferries sail to Rostock, here's a route to drive to this meet, road E55/E36: Edited February 7, 2010 by Uncle-Pekka Quote
Joe Flanagan Posted February 7, 2010 Report Posted February 7, 2010 Now THAT is a road trip I'd love to take. Quote
