I put a duel output master cylinder on my 46 dodge pu. I am still using the original drumbrakes. I plumbed everything on the output into one line. I made an adapter to bolt it to the bellhousing. You have to adjust the plunger on the original foot petal to fit. It stops the old truck fine. Sooner or later I will put discs in front an a Dakota rear axel.. It still has the original 6 and 4 speed in it. lugnut

anyone used the original pedal on a b2b with a disc brake conversion, and original motor and trans.

Here is a thread on a variety of subjects about disk brake conversion. I have the stock engine, stock master cylinder, stock lines, and stock pedal.

I couldn't find the post where I had pictures of my installation but they are around somewhere. I guess it all depends on how disc (k) is spelled.

Master Power Brakes has a dual master cylinder which unfortunately has a 1" bore not the 1.25" of the original. It is only 6 3/4" long and 4 1/2" high with outlet ports on the left. It has a deep piston hole for manual brakes. Their part number is MC11488M and lists for $89.95. This is the shortest one I have found in my searching so far.

I have installed a dual reservoir mc on the original bellhousing mount in a 51 Pilothouse Dodge. The unit I used wouldn't clear the steering box, so I moved it ahead 5/8". If the shorter mc would clear it's a good way to go. I milled down the original mounting boss and redrilled the mounting holes and hooked up the original pedal. I've got pics somewhere if anyone needs to see them.
