pflaming Posted February 15, 2009 Report Posted February 15, 2009 To install this axle and springs, I would guess I would remove axle, springs, and shackles then weld the new assembly onto the frame. Any suggestions on how to place and square the axle? Since the drive line is telescoping there would be some forgiveness on the distance between the tranny, but it cannot go on unsquared. I've found all things seem easy until you remove something. Will the original wheels fit the bolts? I am a novice at this so must ask simple questions. Quote
