  1. Thanks. Pictures would be great. I've been watching your project for a few years now. Really good work and informative posts. I've yet to start on my 47. I've been collecting parts here and there. I hope to pick at it some over the summer time.
  2. What year Cherokee sway bars work on our cars?
  3. Ouch. I think i'll start patching what i have with those prices.
  4. Just curious, how much does the Plymouth Doctor want for his P15 floor pans??
  5. Thanks for the information on the dolly. In looking at your build thread, i'm excited about starting on my 47 Coupe project in the near future.
  6. What company supplied the rocker panel?? I need to do both my inner, outer and floor pans. Just curious as to where you sourced your parts. I'm new to this so i'm reading, watching and taking notes on any information i can find from this site on a daily basis.
  7. Hello, My name is Frank and i'm a new member of this forum and recent purchaser of a 1947 Plymouth Special Deluxe. Although the car is mostly complete it is a total restoration project- floor pans, seat recovery, headliner, some minor exterior patch panel replacement and body work. I intend to keep the car as close to its stock condition as possible but might add some updated wheels and tires to dress it up a bit. The flat 6 will stay along with the 3 on the tree after rebuilding both and checking the rear end over. This will be our weekend/evening car to cruise around as a driver- not trying to make it a show car. I bought the car on a sunday evening and by monday morning, my 6 year old granddaughter had already claimed the car as her own. Well, that would give me about 10 years to get this car fixed up and drivable before she can get a license. I suppose i had better get started so i can enjoy it before she takes it away. I started browsing this forum about 2am this morning and was on until 5:30am. Lots of info and i've learned quite a bit this far. Looking forward to eventually posting more about my project car and meeting other members. Thanks for the site and grateful for the members. Frank in SC
