10 Good
  1. I like the idea of taking them to the next car show i go to. It's gooooood to heal that these are possibly late50's early 60's Chevy. I still can't believe i got them for a dollar. As i allways say even a blind hog can find a ear of corn now and again.
  2. I went to the local yard sale crawl here in Woodstock, Virginia. Where you can buy just about anything and everything, with some limitations of course. i ran across these fender skirts for $1 the guy said he pulled them out the shed and has no idea what they go to. So i need the help of the Guru's to classify these so i can find them a good home. They measure 40 1/4 across and 8" wide and the widest. Any help or best guess's would be appreciated.
  3. Thanks for all the help and information.
  4. Not interchangeable, Ok. Will the hood off the Deluxe Business Coupe fit other models of Dodges 1946-48?
  5. So will the chrysler and dodge interchange?
  6. Is the hood off a 1947 Dodge Deluxe Business Coupe interchangeable with a Plymouth or Chrysler Coupe of the same year?
  7. i just did pull a overdrive trans. out of a 53 plymouth. i also have all the linkages.
  8. i did remove the overdrive trans. along with any and all linkage. i would be willing to sell it, sure
  9. found a 1953 Plymouth 4dr. not for sure if its a crambridge or cranbrook. it's in pretty bad shape but still has some good chrome and a few parts here and there. it has the overdrive transmission, which i will be removing tomorrow, can they be overhauled?
  10. a picture really shows the difference. so i guess the chrysler and dodge are probably interchangable but defintely not the plymouth. still not so clear about a desoto. well thanks to all.
  11. Question, Will the back bumper off a 1947 Chrysler Windsor fit the same year Plymouth or Dodge?
  12. Yah, it's all tubes and such inside and the bottom left button is the off button. so then it's a 1953 Plymouth/ Dodge car radio perhaps? as for the other radio, it looks like it might be a truck radio, maybe a little older then the mopar. Any ideas about which make or what years.
  13. Tim, here's the picture of those radio's. the one on the left is the truetone, one on the right is the MoPar.
