lscrymgeour Posted August 8, 2008 Report Posted August 8, 2008 I am planning on going to an auction tomorrow in my area. The location is entitled Swany's Museum and is a large collection of used trucks, cars, buggys, memorabilia, etc. mostly dating between 1925 - 1955. None are restored and appear to be in the shape they were in when put under cover. Following is a link to the website describing the items with photos of many. There are actually 3 parts, all running simultaneously. The first two are the vehicles, etc. You need to scroll down to get to the second part. I will take some photos and post them to photobucket next week http://www.kayesauctions.com/files/Auctions.htm Lyle Quote
Allen I. Posted August 8, 2008 Report Posted August 8, 2008 This is pretty cool stuff. If I had the time, money, and skills I'd really like to get an old car or two like that and make them nice again. 'course, I am a little short on all three and in 50 years there would be an auction for rusty scraps of metal that I never touched. Quote
