In Norway the price may be higher of course, because of the limited availibility.

The engine, is it still in the car, is it running, does it need rebuilding?

The fluid drive coupler, did you see this already, most likely a 3spd trans with it, not the M5/6 semi auto trans.

How much does the owner want for it?

Hi Ho!

I know the seller ,and he is trustwort. He bout the car about 4 months ago himself and knows wery little about the engine himself, his has done almost all the rust on it but he is thinking going not original so he has talkt about selling engine and trans,he is asking 5000 for the car as is,not lisensplat on it.I've not seen the car myself but are lending the termstathousing with him since mine has got a little crack in it.(Anyone have a spare one for sale?) He don't know what to ask for engine and trans so that's why U'm asking you fellows what is normal price over there?

I've been looking at a 1954 Plymouth engine with bellhousing--clutch and

pressure plate.....but no transmission. Has been sitting several years.

He wants $225. Need to go and make sure it turns over completely

before I would buy.

There are 2 265s for sale here, both in different locations, both supposed to be running, one looks good the other not so good, both can be had for $100.00.

I would say here in Thrifty Manitoba, you would not pay more than $200.00 for a flattie and trans set-up, at least I wouldn't.

I would send one of mine, you could have it, but shipping would be more than it would ever be worth..........Fred
