This reminds me of the Kingsbury situation a few years ago. That really got out of hand. A lot of bad stuff was said about him then' date=' regarding buying and selling whatever. However, not long after that I had a real nice Fulton Visor for sale and posted it on the forum. He contacted me and offered to buy it. So.........I sold it to him even though I had read all the post about him. That deal went nice and smooth and I would deal with him again, if I had something he wanted, or the other way around. That said, he could have turned around and posted that I didn't ship it to him right away. Don't ask me why now, I don't remember but it took me at least a month to ship it to him. I think I was either just real busy at the time, or had trouble getting it packed up. Whatever the reason, he was very understanding about it. So........like I said things happen. Or as the popular tee shirt says: "S@*t Happens".

So.........like I said, I think it's time to end this thread and let those [u']"directly"[/u] involved handle their problem privately.

P.S. Seems to me I've also had dealings with Roger some time ago. However, I don't recall any problems with those dealings.

Norm, I had hoped that the previous "problem" with TK would not come up in this thread as it still and always will be a sour subject in my book of past dealings. There was a huge difference in what happened here and what happened between TK and I. From what I've read here there is a problem of memory lapse and money exchange. There was no such problem between TK and I until the truth was told and he seemed to forget to mention that he was forwarding emails of mine and changing the words in them to sell a truck which he did not own, my friend did. The man lied through and through and tried to make it look as though I had done something wrong. All I did was tell the truth, warn others of what he had done or at least try until GTK pulled my original post. This still I do not understand after seeing this thread from Robin which basically is the same thing I did.

All of this beteen he and I ended when the gent he was trying to sell the truck to finally got his money that TK owed him for a previous deal. When I asked this fellow how he could even deal with him after all that had been posted all he had to say in responce was " he got his money."

If this is all people want out of the forum then have at it, get your money or part and live in your small world. To me the forum is much more than that and should not have to be explained. Those of you who can not understand that then I feel for you.

My opinion is the forum is a good thing in general, with an occasional

problem arising - for varying reasons, between members.

It seems to me that both sides have stated a reason for their thoughts or actions

(no matter our personal opinion of those things) - and now the matter needs to be concluded

between the parties involved. At least the forum has afforded a place for discussion and

hopefully a fair solution.
