Chrysler Flathead 6

I was flipping thought Face Book and found an add for a “ Chrysler flathead 6”  Out off an old Power Wagon.

The distributor is on the front of the engine, the number one exhaust manifold runs over the intake not under like i see most of the time .

Can someone tell me what i found.Still has its tranny on it also.
