Cuttyman9 Posted May 30, 2023 Report Posted May 30, 2023 Hello, I have a 53 dodge B4B pickup and I’ve decided to go gasser with it. Has anyone lifted these on the stock suspension? Did you use lift blocks? Or air shocks? Off of which vehicle did you source them? It looks like both front and rear have the axle underneath the leafs so it should be down to steering if I can raise it up. I believe I have the wheels and tires I want (and I have the engine config I want, small turbos stuffed in the engine bay and megaphones out the fender) but the rear needs a small lift to clear the 295/50’s and the front will need to be higher than that. It’ll be a farm truck for a while so it doesn’t have to be perfect or road worthy, just farm worthy for my dad to cruise around on their property. Quote
Old CWO Posted June 6, 2023 Report Posted June 6, 2023 Speedway sells complete gasser straight axle kits. Quote
Cuttyman9 Posted June 7, 2023 Author Report Posted June 7, 2023 Yeah it’s already a straight axle. I'm curious if anyone’s done anything like this. Not seeming like it. Quote
