Fender Bolts

Is there any other supplier of fender bolts besides Roberts? I ordered 12 of the ones w/o slots for $1.35 a piece. Four days later they email and say that they are discontinued, but they have the sloted ones for over $7. I can make my own slot. I wonder if Roberts is hiring. Maybe I could get a job making slotted bolts. Thanks

I have read on a couple of other forums that the same type of bolts are used on golf carts, and they are a lot cheaper to buy. But I've never been able to verify this. I've looked on a few golf cart site but couldn't find anything similar, yet more than one forum states this. Anyone else heard this?

Try RJ&L Fasteners in NY. They have a web site and make reproduction clips etc. They may have them. Sorry, don't have their web address off hand because Firefox somehow emptied my bookmarks about a week ago. My son said a lot of people on the Firefox forum were complaining about the same thing. For those using Firefox let this be a warning.

If you are talking about the bolts that bolt the rear fenders to the bedsides Mar K or Bruce Hokey has them.
