  1. Item number 330370451542, lots of rust but fairly rare. Not mine, but I could deliver if wanted.
  2. I Googled Canadian Dodges, and it shows by the serial number that it is a D25, thanks all
  3. That is the number on the tag on the drivers door post. Is there another somewhere else? I put it in a site on Google and it said it was a 29-32 Chevy truck. It says "Special Deluxe" on the dash
  4. I picked up a 48 Dodge in Mo, today that doesn't have a title. Looked at google for an ID, no luck. serial number 9750800. Don't know if it is a D24 or 25. Thanks
  5. I am in Southern Illinois. I have an extra bumper. If interested email me at born44@verizon.net and I can send you a pic.
  6. I have a photo in photobucket. How do I get it to appear so that you'all can see it?
  7. I got mine today. It is a really nice calendar. Now if I could only get the email to pay my dues! Thanks Bob
  8. Nothing to do with mounting of the gas tank, but there is a tank on Ebay 370130831203. Seems someone is always lookin for one
  9. Thanks for the great pics Dodger. That is the way my frame looks, boxed where the steering box mounts. It does take longer bolts to mount it. The steering box I have is from a 49 and it has a bracket bolted to it so it stands out farther. You folks with 51-53 frames, is your frame boxed like this and is the steering box like the one pictured. I need to find another box and want to make sure which ones fit. Thanks to all for your great info.
  10. Thanks Dale. Apparently Then 48 And 49 Are The Same And 50 And? Are Different. Live And Learn
  11. If that is true Mike, and I am definitely not saying it isn't, then IF the box I have is a 48 and my frame is a 50 it should fit, but as you said the ears don't match up with holes in the frame. I am still waiting on an answer from Dale. He is a busy guy. Thanks Henry
  12. After sanding and scratching on the frame, I finally determined that my frame is a 1950. I bought a steering box from Dale Urich and I think it is a 48. I am waiting for an answer to my email. If so, then apparently the difference is at 1950 on or just before that.
  13. Does anyone know what years steering boxes are compatiable and which they aren't? 1/2 tons
  14. I have parted out too many PH's. I have lost track of what year my frame is. I was going to put a 318 in my truck, but then decided to put a 225 in it. The problem, I sold the steering box for it. I bought one from a forum member, but it doesn't fit, I think is was out of a 48. Since my cab, a 53 came out of California w/no vin tag on it, I checked the frame number and all I can come up with is a 1966 or 1963. Apparently, by reading some of the threads even though they don't address is exactly, not all steering boxes for PH's were created equal. True? Any help appreciated.
  15. I am with Don, give me a 50's 60's car quiz on this side of the pond.
