guage replacement

Had to replace the heat guage in my 54 wagon today. It didn't take me long to understand how hard it is to get under the dash. To make this much much easer I had my helper wife to hold the clutch in while I went under the hood and put a piece of wood between the firewall and clutch arm to hold it down. Do the same with brake. I laid on the door sill beside the seat and had plenty of room for my big head.
