1954 Dodge Hubcaps

Hello all.  I noticed today that I have two different types of hubcaps on my 54 Dodge Meadowbrook that look the same, yet one measures 9" across, while the other measures 10" across (see images below).  Does anyone know the difference between to the two caps and which one (if either) came on 54 Dodge Cars?
