What is missing....water pump to head

What is missing here? It looks like something shoud go from the pump to the head.

There is a small bypass hose and a small cast housing missing (and a couple of hose clamps and a gasket). The cast housing also includes a heater hose fitting. See included photo.

That was quick.....now where do I find one?

Someone on the forum surely has a busted engine with those parts intact. Once in a while you see the housing on eBay. Mitchell Motors (Frank Mitchell) should have what you need. Maybe Neil Riddle (seaplym) on eBay. They do have a tendency to rust out, particularly the heater hose fitting.

I'm no machinist but it looks like it should be fairy simple to get something like that made. Am I wrong?

Phone 1-617-244-1118 will get you a Parts Catalog for Plymouth, Dodge, Desoto, and Chrysler Passenger Cars from 1930-1962 price for catalog $4, or just ask for these parts, and a gasket for the same, or make a gasket.
