Hello,  I have a 1938 DeSoto 25" flathead six engine that is being remanufactured for me.  Can I use an oil pump or fuel pump used on an early 50's 25" engines?  I read where the same block was used from 1938-the early 1950's.  Are there any other interchangeable  parts that have been tried? Thanks
