Lighter placement for 48-50 truck

In this truck brochure, there is something mounted beside the ash tray. My guess is a lighter. Has anyone ever seen a lighter mount for a 48-50 truck?  I have seen the lighter itself listed as an option, but have never seen an actual mount for one. Are there any in existence?

My 50 B2B does not have a radio, but, in the panel that covers the opening in the dash, is mounted a lighter. It appears to be original. I will get a photo of that side of the dash.
