Glove Box Screws

Yes Don, I did a complete search 

 

When I built my 49 I cut up two different after market glove box liners with no success in making one that would fit with the after market air conditioning.     Well years later I found a guy who actually makes one just for this use case.

 

Issue now is I no longer have the screws and do not recall the screw size.   Can anyone verify for me? 

 

To my eye I am guessing a number 8 and probably 3/8th inch.

My parts manual for a P15 lists a couple of screws used with the glove box....might be same for yours..........

 

Screw, rd-hd., slotted, S., cd-pltd., No. 10-24 x 3/4" (bottom).

 

Screw, tapping, rd-hd., slotted, type A, S., cd-pltd.,No. 10-12 x 1/2" (top and side)

 

Washer, plain, small, S., cd-pltd., No. 10.

 

Under the heading of "Box--Glove" in the parts manual.
