Door hinge pins and bushings

I have a '49 Plymouth business coupe that is in need of hinge pins and bushings. I have looked all the usual places for the parts but the cut off appears to be '48. If anyone here has run into this same problem and found a work around please let me know.

I found that mid 80`s chevy full size pickup truck pins and bushings are the same size. The pins had to be cut as they were too long.
