Water distribution tube question

Hi guys.   I just saw an ad on e-Bay for a water distribution tube that says it fits Plymouths from 1937 to 1954.

 

My engine is a 1957 model.  Wouldn't it have that exact same tube?   

 

Have I missed something?

Perhaps someone has a parts book they can look it up for you - but looking at Andy Berbaum he lists them at $40/apiece and one model fits 35-59.

I don't have exact measurements but make sure you get the short one for the 23" engine.

I suspect the seller is playing CYA with the end at 54. I suspect the parts book used ends. Mine only goes to 54. (Not my listing)
