Hey all, spent about a week doing a fast prep on this ole girl, left some character on just for the helluva it, and to add to the charm. This truck is used on a rough gravel road and to do light hauling at time.

I hope to someday get some better dnor parts and take things apart fora proper job.

the paint, is Home Hardware Rust Coat enamel, this is a custom color I had made at local Home Hardware.

Here is the mix, approximately 8 parts paint, 4 parts dupli-color medium speed reducer, 1 part Evercoat DOI wet look acrylic enamel hardener.

Looks Good!

Glad you liked it. It is not perfect by no means, some dry spray and peel, had a lot of trouble on the 2nd coat.

I have to paint the box yet, so when I do, will give cab a light sanding and do some body work on the back end of it, and spraya nice coat on her again.

But for now the cab is nice and shiny, clarity is not thee, but will fix that up later, I could compound and polish it too. But for now, it needs to cure and dry up good, even though I used hardener, it needs to sit for a while now...
