Will this bell housing fit my hemi?

I know where there is a bellhousing supposedly for a hemi, pn  1533681. Can anyone tell me what it fits or how to figure this out? I'm hoping it will fit my 241 block.

Photos would be helpful.  

The casting number indicates a circa 1955 part so if it has a v-8 bolt pattern it is a likely candidate.

 

The bigger question is whether or not the bell supports a useable transmission...measure the depth and post the number.
