Turn Signals and Headlight Relay

Just starting to install these on my '37. Just noticed a problem with wiring diagram for the signals. The drawing for wires #3 and #4. Drawing shows #3 as Left Rear and discription says #3 is Left Front. same for #4 except for the right side. Which is correct? For my relay, the diagram show 4 terminals including power and GROUND. The relay I have only has 3 terminals (one for power). I have to run a wire from my dimmer switch to the relay. My problem is I can't get to the dimmer switch (floor mounted). Can't see it from under car. Two mounting screws on floor. If I remember correctly, last summer I had the flat part of the floor out, and couldn't see the switch then. Am I going to have to take the toe board out? Right now, my wiring is = Power to Ammeter to Headlight Switch to Dimmer Switch. Do I disconnect the wire from the HL switch to the dimmer and run that to the relay and run one from the dimmer to the other terminal on the relay? I know the fused terminal on the relay goes to power.
