BeBop138
Kevin, that is two flanges---one that is stock and the other is the one that was turned down to accomadate the two new lower pulleys and dust cover. I think you can see the difference......................Lee
BeBop138
Today I got the bracket installed and ready for the Cavalier power rack installation. I don`t have the PS pump hooked up yet, so I can drive it to my friends shop for the install of the rack. As in any modification, even between the same car--there are small adjustments that may happen. The bracket is in and everything lines up. The belt #`s are--PS-- 7470 and alt--7520. This is on a 52 Windsor---the only cutting was a notch on the battery box to have the alt have travel to tighten the belt and the notches on the motor mount for belt clearance. The double pulley system works on the big block six but don`t know how well it would work on the smaller engines---this would be your call. The bracket should work on the small engines but again, cars may not have room for the alt travel because of inner fender panels and such. I hope this will be of use to anyone interested in a PS system. I hope to have pics of the rack installation as it progresses..................Lee
