1940plymouth Posted November 4, 2010 Report Posted November 4, 2010 On a rainy, cold Catskill morning, I got to thinking and wanted to ask. Has anyone that emailed "Classic Car" about bamfordsgarage's trip ever gotten a reply? I know I haven't Thanks, Bob Quote
55 Fargo Posted November 4, 2010 Report Posted November 4, 2010 (edited) On a rainy' date=' cold Catskill morning, I got to thinking and wanted to ask.Has anyone that emailed "Classic Car" about bamfordsgarage's trip ever gotten a reply? I know I haven't Thanks, Bob[/quote'] No, I sent a nice persuasive email to Richard Lentinello, the editor, not even a simple reply or a standard corporate reply. Now I know He must be a busy man, but I am not impressed, this story would be a nice "Driveable Dream" feature, and certainly would be of interest to many readers out there. I do not say this, because Chris is one of "us", but anytime anyone with any original antique car goes on a journey of over 3500 miles these days, is very much, a must read "adventure". I really do hope Hemmings Classic Car, does a feature article on this trip......Fred Edited November 4, 2010 by Rockwood Quote

1940plymouth Posted November 4, 2010 Author Report Posted November 4, 2010 I emailed Richard this morning, I got a nice reply back from him saying that he has been very busy on the home and job front and didn't mean not to reply to our emails. He asked me to contact Chris, so I will as I finish this. Quote
