Asking to make sure

I have a wire coming off of the very end of my steering colum that I dind't remove because I didn't know what it is I think it is the horn button wire. Is this possible?

if its in the very end at the bottom yep thats a horn wire.

Yep, thats the horn wire, actually the earth wire as the horn button is just an earth switch.
