the words paint / good and econommical ussually dont go together, its very hard to find someone to paint a vintage car for cheap, ussually you get what you pay for.

That my friend depends on the definition. My definiton for the body and paint work is around 2-4k. That is what I mean, and definitely not cheap. Cheap to me would be 600.00 and below. On the high level, I'd consider an expensive paint job to be 6k-15k.
