Bob Riding Posted May 28, 2010 Report Posted May 28, 2010 I just found a source in the L.A. area that can make up a very accurate repop of the 1941 Plymouth steering column to floor grommet, which is extremely hard if not impossible to find- I know, because I've been looking for about 5 years! It's slightly smaller than the '40 grommet, and I'm not sure what the P15 or later grommets look like, but I assume that if the gearshift rod and steering column are separate, it would probably work. My source is not web active and did not want me to post his contact info on any websites for new business- he wanted me to try to consolidate orders and deal through me...so here are some pics. His cost to me is $85, so for that + shipping I'd be happy to consolidate an order. He already has the mold, which helps keep the cost down. Let me know if you are interested. Bob Quote

BobT-47P15 Posted February 15, 2013 Report Posted February 15, 2013 I think the P15 one is a bit different....more square.....will have to find a pic when I have more time. I found one in my saved "stuff" just a couple days ago that is damaged, but would probably work for a sample. Quote
