Panel seats, driver and passenger the same?

Guys,

Are the Drivers side and passenger side 48-53 Panel truck seats the same, or are they different?

If they are different, in what way are they different?

I had a 48 panel back in the early 90's and if I remember correctly they were both the same. Here's a photo from the Bunn/Brownell History and Restoration Guide 1918-1971 page 79
