Wiper arm needed

On my 47 DeSoto, one of my wipers doesn't work. The pot metal is chewed out of the arm where the arm fits on the shaft. The arm is about 10-1/4 inches from the center of the hole to the center of the wiper. The hole is about 1/4 inch across, now that the splines are chewed out.

Where's a good place to get another arm? Available at the local car parts store?

Or is there a secure way to repair the end? JB Weld is sugggested for everything, but I don't want to epoxy the arm to the shaft, since I may have to remove the arm in the future.

(The arm I have has a hook at the end, so I had to cut a slot in the top of a replacement wiper the end of the hook to come out , so another style of arm may also work. )
