The Gap Between the Gas Tank Fill Tube and the Floor

Hi;

Hey, what is the conventional wisdom of how to fill the gap between the tank fill tube and where it passes through the floor behind the seat? Is there a grommet made? Perhaps I can cut a hole in some rubber sheeting and try to make it look nice.

Both of my trucks have a rectangular flat sheet of rubber with an oval cutout that matches the contour of the fill tube. This is what they had when they arrived and I'm guessing it's factory.

Mine had a thick rubber grommet that fit the opening in the floor. I was able to soften it up with some armor-all and get it back in place after painting the tank and floor. Mike
