Some neat old make/job specific tools.

Actually, Pat.....there may well be a few of those items in Dad's oldest

tool box......things he used in the 1940s when he worked in a aircarft

plant during the war. And a few tools modified in some manner to allow

for a specific use, whatever it was.

Be nice to have the "Socket Receiver shank with ratchet grip" on page 13 would be nice to have, too bad 82 years to late.

Well that answers my question as to how old some of the tools i have are! i bought a one man shop out in the 80's and he had been in buisness for the past 50 yrs and a lot of the tools were old. wished he were still alive the man was a wonder with a flathead.
