Tie Rod Question

While working on the '52 yesterday I found my driver's side outter tie rod is worn out. Are the outters the same?? Napa online just give a number for the outter and other sites give different number for either side.

mopar parts manual gives 3 different #'s

951302 inner on long & short rod right hand thread

951303 outer on long rod left hand thread

951305 outer on short rod left hand thread

This is from a 51 manual so 52 should be the same

Wonder whats so different from left to right since they are both left hand thread. I find all kinds of rights but not many lefts and the lefts I do find are quite pricey.
