rolliejoe Posted April 8, 2009 Author Report Posted April 8, 2009 Norm, I like how you think. The whites kinda make the car look wimpy yet look a little better than the blackwalls, of course the black walls are stock, yet.... If I go with the whites maybe a second set of wheels/tires could be blackwalls in an offset pattern like an AAR 'Cuda. That would make the car look more aggresive, okay maybe not. Paul, That's cool what you have found underneath the repaints, and thanks for the heads-up on the red paint. Bob, The visor is actually a metal frame with green shaded plastic. You think I should keep it on the car to keep it period correct? Quote
BobT-47P15 Posted April 8, 2009 Report Posted April 8, 2009 The visor is a good period item. Of course, I like period things.....have several on the car and others just sitting around for fun and occasional use. Quote
rolliejoe Posted April 8, 2009 Author Report Posted April 8, 2009 Thanks Bob, it's a done deal then. My wife doesn't care for it but I think the car looks better with a visor. Now I have someone to blame for why the visor is staying, HA! Quote
BobT-47P15 Posted April 8, 2009 Report Posted April 8, 2009 Hmmm,,,,,in trouble again. Tell her, "At least I didn't get mudflaps":D Quote
Charlie Olson Posted April 12, 2009 Report Posted April 12, 2009 On that car, definitely whitewalls; really coordinates the body style. Quote
