47heaven Posted January 12, 2007 Report Posted January 12, 2007 Does anybody know what the correct beauty rings for a P15 would be (15") and where I could get them? Quote
BobT-47P15 Posted January 12, 2007 Report Posted January 12, 2007 One source is Wirth's Custom Automotive: http://wirthscustomauto.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=WCA&Category_Code=cat_beautyrings They have both smooth or ribbed. $85 per set. Also is a ribbed set from Deals On Wheels on ebay.....Link to the ad: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TRIM-RINGS-15-INCH-HOT-ROD-RIBBED-1-1-4-INCH-WIDE_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ34209QQhashZitem220070350101QQihZ012QQitemZ220070350101QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW Of course, they can be found at swap meets in varying condition and prices. I also have a set of those real wide ones that go on under the small hubcap and go to the edge of the rim like a full wheel cover. The trim rings are sold by several different places....just have to look a while. Quote
Dennis Hemingway Posted January 12, 2007 Report Posted January 12, 2007 I got mine at Kragen Auto, they might not be correct but they look go and were only $12.95. Dennis:cool: http://www.partsamerica.com/ProductDetail.aspx?categorycode=3214&mfrcode=CSM&mfrpartnumber=48889 Quote

BobT-47P15 Posted January 12, 2007 Report Posted January 12, 2007 We have a place in this area, Nightprowlers, located in Lamar, MO about 35 miles from here. The trim rings were less expensive from Wirth. Both places have about the same merchandise. Quote
Normspeed Posted January 12, 2007 Report Posted January 12, 2007 You could also try Bob Drake. I got a pair of 16" stainless trim rings for my teardrop, very good quality. Drake primarily sells early Ford stuff. Quote
