Which wiper arms and blades to use?

I just took the picture of these arms and blades I have and can't tell by Don Bunn's book which style is correct.

Three of them have the bolt-on type and the bottom one looks more modern era to me. The two middle arms are bent toward the blade end. If you can't see well enough I can retake the picture.
