steveplym Posted November 12, 2008 Report Posted November 12, 2008 Hello,I have 1947 Dodge D24 4-Door. Can anybody send me a picture of how the weather strips should go around the doors? Have you got a picture of your new weatherstrip? I can show you a picture of how I put it on my P-15. I wanted to see if the Dodge has the same weatherstrip. Quote
Bingster Posted November 12, 2008 Report Posted November 12, 2008 While we're on this subject, I've found two types of weatherstrip patterns for a '47 Desoto door. Steele has them. I guess I'll have to see which is on my car now. Quote
jp1valdez Posted November 12, 2008 Author Report Posted November 12, 2008 I'm new at this, so I am having a hard time down loading a picture. Quote

steveplym Posted November 12, 2008 Report Posted November 12, 2008 This picture shows how it goes on my doors. I actually was a bit confused myself when I installed mine. I put it on the doors several times before I figured out which way was best. I didn't glue it down until I figured out the right way of course. Here is a picture, I can get you a bit better one if you need it. Quote
steveplym Posted November 12, 2008 Report Posted November 12, 2008 Found a little better one in my photobucket pics. Quote
