rear brake drums and hubs ,what years will interchange,also do trucks fit the dodg e wayfarer

1316 715 left 49-52

drum and hub

says fits most. don't know if that is 10" or 11"

Has note D33 up to serial No. 37179972

Should be a 10"

thry are 10" .hubs look the same for the rear ,is the backing plate diff?

Is the difference noted because of the lug threads, left hand thread for drivers side and right hand thread for passenger side? That could be the case.
