Have my gauge cluster out cleaning and trying to figure out what is wrong with the odometer.

Even with the speedo apart, I can't get the odometer dial to turn. All the gears are meshing but I can't get them to turn either.

Any suggestions?

Clean off all the old grease. Mine had turned solid.
