I hope this is not going to be like asking the wife where the keys are and she say on your Dresser. Well I have been searching for information and guidance about FRONT DISK BRAKES CONVERSION options, and POWER STEERING options for my 1935 DB 1.5 ton flatbed. Whenever I think I have found something turns out they are talking about pickups. I guess one could just do the whole front clip change over but I like the straight axle simple and easy and I am not planning on racing or drifting so I don't think I need an IFS. Might be nice but trying not to break the bank. As for power steering. Lot of new stuff out there made for the oldies but mostly the Chevy and Ford trucks, and again if it does say DB it's talking about the pickups. Seems there should be a bolt on that hooks to the original linkage..... Just wanting to make this truck a little more road friendly. You know get out of the driveway and go down town. Thanks for you alls experience and advise.

These are some profile shots off each side. On an article that I read on the the history of the OD there are pictures of a rebuilt 1938 model. The article talks about a cable for shifting into the OD. The pictures of the restored 38 had levers for such an application (believe that is what they are for) and you can see here, in my pictures, places in the casting that those would be attached too but are not being used as such for this model. That gives me reason to think this is earlier than the 38. Also in picture above it shows a tag with 12 5 36 this leads me to believe this would have been a 37 model. (of course I am guessing and could be looking coordinates for Mars) Any who, if you can point me in the right direction for any info you might have on this model I would be very grateful.
