Nice grille and very nice ride! Where did you get the airbag suspension? I assume you converted to 12V as well? I agree that the stock wayfarer grille needs improvement

Indeed... One coil cut up front. 2" lowering blocks rear on sagging leaf springs...

Its one of the Aluminum 3-rows you can buy off ebay. I think it is a Champion radiator...

Updated Pics attached. We went for a mild 'taildragger' look.... Disc Brakes are in and many other little items, also cleaned up and painted the engine... Next on the list is engine work: Split Headers & Dual Carb Intake...

1951 Dodge Wayfarer 2D Sedan, as mentioned above . Has no driver side outside door lock 'for security reasons'. Thanks

Anyone ever added a driver side door lock to a 50's Mopar? 51 Wayfarer here. I am thinking about Bucket Seats and a Center Console which makes sliding across to the driver side quite difficult...

I bought carpet for my 51 Wayfarer from stockinteriors.com. Fit was ok. Bought some extra for door panels, kick panels and rear package tray...

Hello all from Central Florida! Bought a Dodge Wayfarer for my boy and me to restore/customize. Previous owner already started some (53 Corvette grill)... Still has the 230 Flathead with 3 on the tree Fluid Drive transmission So far, we restored the interior - new carpet, seat covers, door panels, etc... Disc Brakes. lowering a bit are next on the list. And the hood needs paint, too...
