Rusty: I happen to have Wolseley and Riley pages scanned in from that book. I'll attach the relevant pages. It appears some models are comparable in price to the 1940 Chrysler-Plymouth. Incidentally, I believe the 1940 British Chrysler models were built using the same parts as the 1939 models, and consequently were different from the updated 1940 North American ones.
