  1. The vent windows have a spring and nut that creates friction and holds them in the open position. They have a bad habit of comming off. You probably can hear them rattling around in the door.
  2. Just looked at 1941 Plymouth 4 door today that has a solid body but needs all new interior, brakes, bumpers, several trims parts and most likely engine work. The asking price is $6,000.00. I would only look at this as an investment that would have the potential to get my money back after making it a driver. Am I wrong to think that $6K is too high of starting point?
  3. What is the energy source for generating the radio waves? This reminds me of the guy that ran an engine on compressed air. Too bad the stop & go's started charging for air.
  4. My 1948 Plymouth, which I've owned since 1959, had plastic white wheel rings held in place by the hub caps. They eventually cracked and were discarded. The car was in storage for 40+ years as we were busy getting the kids through school. I'm now in the process of getting it back in shape for intended daily use. Does anyone know if these white wheel covers (plastic or steel) are available now? Al
