  1. Hi Kevin, It's a San Leandro truck, pretty sure it's non-synchro, always double clutched. Dave
  2. Thanks again, It's a B-2-B. Here is a pic. of the brake assist/booster.
  3. Hello All, Thanks for the welcome and the links Brian and GGdad1951. As of know the plan is to sort out the mechanicals, doing the usual, drain the old gas, replace all rubber lines etc. The truck currently has a vacuum brake assist, which in my searches does not show up. Was this an option back it the day? Was it something that was added? If it was added, I just assume remove it, can't be easy to blead the brakes with this thing sitting a foot and a half above the master cylinder. Right now the brake pedal goes straight to the ground. Other than that, I plan on keeping it stock, I remember driving it as a teenager, double clutching and just the nostalgia of it. It has four on the floor with, as my dad called it, compound low so we always started off in second gear. As it progresses I'll keep y'all in the loop. Dave
  4. Hello all, My name is Dave, Dad's mighty Dodge has found its way to my driveway. As the resurrection begins, I'd like to say Hi.. I'll be combing the forums to the many questions I'm sure to have. He's a 1950 Dodge, that I understand is a deluxe cab. As dad got older, so did the Dodge. I'm exited for a new project. Seems the aftermarket is pretty good from looking. Talk soon Dave
