Spark: Been searching the site to find a D-24 convert, and found yours. I recently had a top put on mine which is actually a D-22 (1942) but the guy only put on 3 snaps on each side and omitted the ones that run around the rear, which I need to have a boot made. Wondering if you could look at yours, tell me how many there are, and maybe take a tape measure and get me an approximate snap to snap to snap etc. distance? I'd be much indebted. Don't know what part of the country you are in. I'm in Minnesota and it's 24 below zero here this morning, so I obviously won't be doing anything soon, but perhaps on a nice day you could? and since I'm not much of a computer wizard and haven't had a lot of luck extracting stuff from the website, could you e-mail me at mdracine@comcast.net?
