  1. Good evening all, So I removed the bolt keeping the pulley on, but I am struggling to get the actual pulley off. Whats the trick? Heat? I tried prying the best I could, but I dont want to deform the pulley.
  2. Interested in faces for '50 gauges. I'd be willing to send mine to you if you need the template.
  3. Hello all, I recently took my front end all apart for rebuild, and now that its time to reassemble I want to make sure its done right. The question I have is, how do I ensure that the front springs are aligned correctly? The front spring perch has a lot of room, does the spring need to be centered in there? Also, how does the spring need to be on the "rear" shackle? I know in the back of the truck, the shackle has a certain amount of thread exposed, so Im assuming the front is the same way? Thanks.

  5. Has anyone flipped the rear shackle, so that the spring is now above the "hanger"? I don't have the bed on mine so I cant tell if it would interfere. Also, would there be any mechanical issues with doing this? I'm planning on putting a 3 or 4 inch drop axle in the front, and I'm trying to avoid flipping the rear axle to spring-under. Thanks!
  6. Ok, let me see if this works. I'm a complete wiring noob, just trying to learn how this all works. So the generator and regulator are gone. Therefore we can eliminate the 'green w1' wire coming from the alternator, right? Leaving just the 10g red wire, the hot output of the alt. Tracing this back to the regulator. The red wire needs to supply power to the 'green w111' (horn), and then to the 10g black, which goes to the ammeter +. So these should just all be connected together, right?
  7. I didn't want to start a whole new thread, but I figured I could find the answer here. Where do the headlight terminal blocks mount? I'm assuming its somewhere on the inner fenders, but I cannot find any mounting holes that match up.
  8. Hello all, I'm in the process of building a new wiring harness for my B2B with wire from Rhode Island wire. I used the guide that is in the pilots knowledge section on the main website. I have every harness done except for the main engine/dash harness. I bought the truck in the midst of it being converted to 12 volt, it has a 10SI alternator that is mounted but hasn't been hooked up. Does anyone have any guidance on which wires I should leave out/add tot he harness? For instance, I'm not sure what do do with all the generator wires and such. Thanks!
  9. Hey all, Trying to order a drop axle for the front of my b2b. Sid at droppedaxles only has a 52 axle in stock. Are the axles the same in all half ton b series, or at least the b2/b3? Thanks.
