  1. These turbos are off a little diesel engine that had a 3000 RPM rated speed.
  2. I recently purchased a 250ci Chrysler Spitfire engine (4.1 liters); if I split the intake and exhaust manifolds and run two small turbos from a 2.2 liter engine w/ twin carbs (as a pull through system) How do you think these engines would respond to forced induction?
  3. I made it over to my friends shed today and cleaned out some of the debris that had littered the floor of the car. The 4 inches of rotting cloth and old leaves hasn't been kind to the floor of this old girl. I took some pictures of the other bad spots on the car.
  4. First order of business is a good cleaning.
  5. The owner worked in a Dodge garage in the 60s and is a Mopar fan, most of the cars that are in the pictures are now gone. Some of the cars had been spoken for over two years ago but had been stuck in the shed. All the sold cars left on Saturday when the little Dodge came out. 1981 Lancia Zagato..FS 1947 Plymouth conv..   6. This 47 Plymouth is in the shed but is not for sale. I hope to help him make this car roadworthy again. The car was purchased in 1956 and parked in 1968. Here is a picture of the same car in 1957;
  7. The windows roll up. I don't really know what the long term plan is; in the short term I would like to make the car roadworthy again.
  8. A few months back I ran across a '49 wayfarer convertible closed up in a shed the car was parked in the late 60's but had been in this shed for the last 20 years. After moving a few cars to make an opening for the truck & trailer to make it to the door; 6 guys worked the better part of a day to get this little Dodge out. I posted these pictures on a different forum and it was suggested I register on this forum due to it's wealth of knowledge. The car appears to be pretty complete with only a little rust below the tail lights and in the lower quarters in front of the rear fenders. The original color appears to be a maroonish color. The hope is I can convince this old crusty looking engine to turn over and maybe fire.
