Hello everyone. I picked up a 47 plymouth 2 door sedan. Its missing a few things, and has been sitting for along time with nothing done to it. The first thing I have done, and the only thing so far is clean it out and see what I really have to work with. I know alot with disagree with my plans, but in the end Im the one building it and I'm the one enjoying it with my family and friends. I do plan on trying to get the flat head running, and then pull it and swap it with a 360, a 727 trans, and a 8 3/4 rear out of a fury. One reason for the swap is, more than likely I wont be able to get the car to run efficiently with out buying a bunch of hard to find parts. I would rather sell a potential running motor, than scrap it, and if someone could use it more than me, more power to them. Im not going to go out of my way to do a original restore for this either. I understand how some like that, but thats not my cup of tea. In the end Im the one driving it.
This is after 4 55 gal drum fulls of leaves and trash have been removed.
